If you Give a Pig a Pancake!

What a great day!!!  I wish I could have tape recorded all of the students laughing!  It was so precious to hear all of them having such a good time.  The Arts Center did a fantastic job with such a great story!  I'm sure they will be talking all about it tonight! Here are some quotes that are priceless from our trip:

SPRING HAS SPRUNG AT ROBERTS!!!

Thanks to one mean cold at my house I missed the last two days before Spring Break!  Brooke is better now and we are all well!  When I was out our Bears woke up from hibernation!!!  Check out this video of our BEARS!

CHANGE FOR CHANGE!!!

Today in class we discussed the Disaster in Japan.  We looked at pictures, watched videos and defined earthquakes and tsunami.  The children were very concerned about the children in Japan.  Roberts is collecting CHANGE for the Relief Efforts.  Please send in any change that you might have to help!

If you give a Pre-K student a Muffin!!!

Today we read another Laura Numeroff book, If you give a Moose a Muffin.  The children have loved these stories and of course we have eaten a yummy treat with each book!  We had Pancakes, Cookies, Muffins and tomorrow we will have a PARTY! Thank you to all our parents that have sent in treats for this author study.  Check out our Muffin video....

The Foot Fashion Show!

Well....America's Next Top Model might be in our Class!  Our boys and girls loved the runway!  As you can tell from our pics and video they enjoyed it soooo much!  We concluded Dr. Suess this week with reading, The Foot Book and walking the catwalk!  What a great week!  HAPPY BIRTHDAY DR. SUESS!!!  Check out these models.....EVEN Ms. Anderson got in on the action!!!

Jaylon is Star of the Week!

Our Star of the Week is Jaylon Casey!  He is four years old and loves fruit!!  His favorite thing to do at school is learn!  He loves to play with his toys at home.  He has two little brothers and he loves them very much!  Jaylon is such a sweet little boy and loves life to the fullest!!!  He is always singing, laughing, or just  having fun!!
