KROB is on the AIR!!!

Today was a special day at Roberts!  KROB is on the air!  We are now doing announcements on the Smart Board.  It is so great to have the kids giving the news.

Mia made her first apperaance at Roberts!  She came to pick up big brother Eli!  So cute!!

Happy Secretaries Day!

Happy Secretaries Day!  We delivered a card to our two AMAZING Secretaries this morning!  Ms. McClane and Ms. Stevenson take good care of us everyday!  It has been a really busy year for them....from starting a new school, a flood in their office, moving offices twice and just keeping up with all of us!  We don't thank them enough!!!!!  JOB WELL DONE!!

We went outside today at Roberts!  Our playground was covered with leaves and tree branches so we played on our concrete area!  We are so blessed here at Roberts! 

We had scooters, sidewalk chalk, balls and hula hoops!  We had so much fun....we even got a little messy!  OOPS!!!

That is chalk all over the pants and face!!!  SORRY MOM!!!

We had a Great time on Friday hunting for Eggs!  They were so cute and we even had an appearance from the Easter Bunny!!

Today we went to the Library and the Loft!  It is always such a special time for the children to sit and enjoy some quiet time with their books.  RELAX AND READ!!

We are getting ready for Kindergarten everyday!  As you can tell Sophie is practicing her numbers....GREAT JOB!

Special Visitors at Roberts!!!

As you can tell we had some special visitors today at ROBERTS!! 

The kids loved seeing these animals today!  We saw ducklings, goslings and a poult (a baby turkey)!!  I wish I could have snapped a pic of each child with them, but they were pretty jumpy!!  A great experience for our kids!!

Rylan is Star of the Week!

Rylan is a sweet four year old boy!  His favorite food is Raisins and he loves to PLAY!  His favorite center is computer and his favorite color is green!  He loves the Razorbacks!!!  Rylan has one of the biggest hearts you could ever imagine!!  He is such a sweetie!

Juan is a smart, energetic four year old boy!  He is a team player and always has a smile on his face!  He loves playing outside and the computer!  

PRE-K JUST HAS FUN!!!

Everyday I pinch myself that I teach Pre-K and at Roberts Elementary!  It is truly a blessing to be in this building, to work with such amazing teachers, have incredible administrators and INVOLVED parents.  I can't imagine my career any other way at this point.  Like I have told many people..."I am in Teacher Heaven!"

Jump Rope Day

We had such a great day playing with our Jump Ropes!  The sun peeked out just enough last Friday afternoon to get in some extra playtime!  They had a wonderful time even if some of them found it to be pretty tough!  They tried to get me in with them, but I think my jump rope days are over!!! HAHA!
